The product itself works fine although it is a bit heavy. It would be perfect if it was lighter.
Unfortunately, my experience in getting the product was not ideal because it took so long for it to arrive - almost a month to reach Australia. I was told by Swiss Travel Shop that the product had been held up in Customs but Customs said that this was not the case. I wasn't sure who to believe.
Then, almost 2 months after receiving the product, I had to smile when I received an email from Swiss Travel Shop saying:
"A few days ago you received your order at swiss-travel-shop.com.
Thank you once again for your confidence.
We do our very best to give you an optimal support. Your feedback is very important for us. Did everything worked to your complete satisfaction?
Please evaluate your purchase."

I was very pleased with the process of ordering and I received what I ordered in a timely manner.
The only thing I had a problem with was finding this site to give my opinion. The instructions on getting here are very weak.

Well, my order that I received was the pouch for the WTA, not the WTA itself, so this picture is a bit misleading.
Otherwise I'm perfectly happy with the order - the professional and fast service provided by WorldConnect is something that is hard to find nowadays.

A brilliant product! A bit big for some situations, but highly preferable to having to buy separate adapters for each type of plug.

It is the perfect tool for a 21th century traveller! I use it all the time for electronic good bought overseas.
