I wanted to write a line or two about the service I received from you. Because this was a foreign order, and I had numerous questions, there could have been many complications with this order. Simply stated there were none. Your representatives were extremely courteous via email and also by phone, which made it a pleasure to communicate with them. The most important benefit of doing business with you however, was that the order was processed very quickly, and I had the item in my possession in a couple days. Had I ordered it from a local dealer, it would have taken weeks or months to get to me. Excellent attitude, excellent service, and an excellent sale. The product works great. Thank you very much.
