23.09.2011 		5 of 5 Stars! This adaptor is amazing. I first purchased one in Heathrow airport when my current "universal" adapter would not work in the sockets. I was there for a 14 hour layover and needed to be able to charge my computer. The socket required a third prong and mine was the more common two prong. The SWA3 was great. It looks cool, feels solid and well made, works anywhere, and comes in a cool little pouch. Really this is the best I have seen. I travel a lot for consulting and have owned a dozen different adaptors over the years, this is the best.

01.08.2011 		4 of 5 Stars! While expensive the adaptor is a great piece of kit, well designed and professionally packaged.

This particular model has a small issue which caused some concern with travelers going to the US, apparently the American NEMA 1–15 (2 pin) socket is still well used and the device does not have the ability to only use the two pins without the earth, when a two pin plug is used. This was resolved by using an older world travel adaptor that only used 2 pin.

The second small issue is that due to Australian design laws the product does not meet safety standards, so it can not be sold in Australia. The product is fine for low powered items such as computers, (it's intended use) but high draw items can cause the pins to over heat, hence not meeting the standard. I understand this can be fixed with a small design change, but until this occurs the unit is technically illegal to sell and use in Australia.
